ABOUT
Hello! My name is Paf. I help people inhabit their bodies and get to know their parts-of-self, in a container of authentic relating. Through this, we find more trust in our bodies, more compassion for our inner-world, and more honesty in our relationships.
I have been working in private practice since 2010 – for the first seven years as a counsellor, during which time I also taught counselling and art therapy, at the Phoenix Institute of Australia. I have a Masters degree from MIECAT, using multi-modal forms of art to inquire into lived experience. The title of my Masters was: An Inquiry into the experience of Home.
In these sessions I identify as a companion, rather than a counsellor – I’m not here to fix or therapise anyone! My goal as a companion is to hold you in a space of loving presence, being with you as closely as possible, as we feel our way into what is important to you.
