For over seven years I worked in private practice as a counsellor, and taught counselling & art-therapy at the Phoenix Institute of Australia.

My mission is to help people inhabit their bodies, and become more comfortable and familiar with their inner terrain. I work in a very gentle way, where all parts of self are held with reverence and compassion. I value creativity, experiencing things directly, and hanging out in the unknown.
In these sessions I identify as a companion, rather than a therapist. I’m not here to fix or change anyone. My goal as your companion is to hold you in a space of loving presence, being with you as closely as possible, as we inquire into what is important to you.
