Sessions
Who these sessions are for
I work with people experiencing illness, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, existential issues, people questioning their purpose, seasoned veterans on their own path of healing.
Core Session Components

Embodiment
The body is where all the pain is at, but it’s also where all the magic happens. I’m just writing this so i can see what it looks like and what the blocks looks like. Testing testing testing testing.
Parts-of-Self
This is parts-of-self work. I’m just writing these words to test if the blocks looks ok. I don’t know what this is going to be about. I have to think about this. I have to write some new stuff.
Authentic Relating
This is all about Authentic Relating. This is about using our relationship. The values here are transparency, and honesty and meeting each other honestly. Still testing this, and testing what this will look like and say.

What to expect in a session
The following is a very general guide to an average session flow. However, as a rule we follow where you are and what you need, rather than a set formula. If something needs immediate attention, we jump straight to step 4.
1. Greet – check-in – attuning.
2. Laying the Table.
This is where you bring whatever is present for you, and any potential things you’d like to work on, and lay them on the table. Occasionally, I will add certain ideas/questions/options/lines of inquiry, but it is always your choice as to what we work on.
3. Choosing something from the table.
This is where you chose whatever is most pressing/important to you.
4. Working with what is.
At this point, we can either talk about your issue, or go straight into feeling your issue directly in your body. This is where we begin the core process for the session – which may be some kind of parts-of-self work (two chair, empty chair etc.), or maybe it’s just about feeling our feelings.Or perhaps something in our relationship has arisen, and we need to talk/feel that, and the process for the session is more embodied interpersonal work.
5. Integration.
Once the process work has complete, we then move to integrating the experience. This is where we receive any gifts from the process, and make sense of what happened, and reflect on what we now know.
6. Debrief and check-out.
FAQs
No prior experience is necessary. Just a body!
This depends on you, and your intentions for the work.
We always work with what is - so if you are struggling to feel sensations in your body, then we inquire into what you can feel, and what is going on.
Its probably a combination of genetics, and having an open heart. At the end of the day, its just who she is!
This is completely up to you. I have some clients who do weekly sessions, some who do fortnightly, some who do monthly, and some who book in whenever they feel they need it. Some people do intense work for a while, then take a long break. Whatever you need is what we do.
Yes! One-off sessions are totally available. However, for more in-depth work, multiple may be required.
Its always body based, even if we are just talking -but these are process-oriented sessions, so we usually do some form of process work.
This is inevitable for any kind of deep work, but I am here to hold you through the difficult parts.
Some people feel like they've recovered a part of their soul, and so feel better than they've done their entire lives. But then again, this is deep work, so there are times when people feel they've gone through hell and back.
Self-care is the most important thing you can do. I also recommend journalling, making art, going for a walk, or doing whatever you need to regulate
